Dear Shirley & Eric

Thank you for such a perfect experience.  After so many hard times with my mare and wanting to give up breeding, you made it wonderful.  I love working with people that have as much heart for the animals as myself.
The Key is one of the finest stallions I have yet to come upon, even my Vet says he was very impressed.
We are looking forward to the year to come for both our mares,  thank you again for a wonderful and flawless breeding.  If anyone ever wants a reference please feel free to use us.
Love Debi

Dear Eric & Shirley,
I wanted to let you know that upon receipt of The Key's semen it was checked by our Vet, Jay Meyer, and he said the quality was excellent.  He felt that he did not have to do a 48 hour recheck since that kind of quality was not going to lose motility however, I requested a recheck anyway.  Jay's comment at 48 hours was....."I told you we didn't need to check it...the quality is still excellent".
Our Vet also remarked at the time of opening your semen container that it was "the best packing job he has seen in his years of breeding".  Just a side note: Jay, our Vet is strictly a reproduction Vet and knows his business.

Thank you for your proffessionalism and fast service.  I will follow up when the mares are checked at 16 days.

Warmest regards,
Candice Estock

Dear Eric & Shirley,
This note is to let you know that both mares conceived.  This was our first time breeding to a stallion out of the country and I will breed again to your stallion without question.  Your breeding program is state of the art.

Thank you again.
Warmest Regards,

To Eric and Shirley,
I want to thank you for the opportunity to breed my Welsh Sec. B mare Dry Creek Victorio's Lace to The Key.  I have been watching him for a couple of years with this mare in mind and he has turned out beautifully.  Over and above the stallion, though, I would like to thank you for the help, support, and encouragement you offered during the breeding process.  You let me know the minute the semen was shipped and kept me informed as to each and every movement it made as it traveled from Canada to Walla Walla, Washington.  You were also helpful with the timing on the mare.  My vet appreciated that also!  You were available and on call when we needed you.  You answered questions and gave advice when we needed it.  You amazed me with your experience and knowledge that you were so willing to share concerning the whole AI process. ....  Truly professionals all the way.  My mare was settled with the first collection and insemination.  Thank you again.
